Promises made when a gun is held to your head are not generally considered valid and enforceable. Unless, of course, the courts are corrupt. Even if some of the parties with whom the contracts were made are "innocent", as you would claim, the situation was generated by corruption (yes, part of it surely was political, mostly under the previous administration), and should not be allowed to stand.
