Much credit for solving the four year old Mascia murder should go WVIT's Grant Stinchfield. It was his "Cold Case" report a few days ago that prompted someone to tip off the Waterbury police. The end result was confessions from four individuals.

I've always maintained that, aside from those directly involved, there are most likely numerous people who know who killed Suzanne Jovin. The trick is somehow reaching them and making them aware of how important it is to pick up the phone and tip off the police.
