OT - I will always believe that the moment the U.S. "elected leaders" realized what was really transpiring on September 11, 2001, they all jumped for joy because they knew it would mean they could implement tighter controls over the populace. While we witnessed tears and public commiseration from those political ba$tards, they undoubtedly experienced private elation in knowing they could use this human tragedy to further themselves even more.

And of course, last week we learned the U.S. Government reserves the right to openly lie to the public about anything, anytime, anywhere. Notice that this edict invoked very little public objection. After all, they are our entrusted, elected leaders. We trust them 100%! Right?

FWIW, my wife and I are happy we have no children to leave behind in the festering mess the country has devolved into. It saddens us to see our once great country being systematically ruined, and our many freedoms slowly and steadily revoked.
