Not just that. It says that AMD's CPU continue to work
fine even after running Windows for 15 minutes
at 120 deg.C. Ability to run at elevated temperatures
allows for cheaper heat sinks. With a cheap heat sink
the Athlon XP will continue to run at full blast while
Intel's CPU would decrease performance by 50%. Is it
what you wanted to be explained, or what?
