You live in Tucson...cool

I noticed you are in the real estate industry. I went to U of A and am now in Pharmacy school in PHX. Used to live on sabino canyon and snyder and miss it so bad. I will graduate in 1.5 years, and keep wishing for this downturn to hit housing prices in Tucson, since that is where I would like to live.

Anyhow you seem to think the market will keep going up, is that correct? How about over next 3-5 years, any opinion?

My view is that perhaps a bunch of Californians will be moving out to Arizona. When they see 300-500,000 dollar homes they think it is cheap. The result could be we see lower prices in California, but stable or even a bit higher prices in Tucson. What do you think?

I wish Tucson was not such a boom town. It will probably be ruined :(
