They can raise the blood pressure, can't they. Wallmart will take stuff back you didn't even buy there with no questions and Target it's almost impossible to return anything without a blood pressure spike. Quite a difference in philosophy's.

Telecom firm Qulacomm, meanwhile, saw its shares ascend 6 percent in trading before the official opening bell. Qualcomm (NasdaqNM: QCOM - news) reaffirmed its fiscal second-quarter earnings projections thanks to continued positive momentum in the build-out of third-generation code division multiple access networks. The company also said it had $2.4 billion in cash and essentially no debt.
