No. The myth that the US is the most open economy in the world. Have the best government. Have the brightest minds etc, still sticks. As long as it sticks, money will run towards the place.

But an the US can reply: "Just compare us with the rest of the world!"

Then we have to accept that there is not many places for capital to fly.
