I don't deny that there are parallels, but I disagree with the reductionism

Fascism comes out of Hegel and Kant, based on Plato, Cobalt. From the Communist point, Marx and Engel were right out of Hegal and Kant. Hitler used to scream, "you are nothing, the state is everything", and this denial of the Individual, that resulted in Auschwitz, Cambodia, and the slave pens of the Eastern Urals, is the basis for the Institutionalized misery of the 20th Century.

You take the viewpoint that it is oversimplification. I don't think so.
