Good morning to the good samaritan that can help me. I am receiving error message: "error creating process (rundll 32 exe ADV zPOCK dll launch INF section EX C:/windows/msdown ldtmp/as79B625.tmp/amov4ie,different section.nt,,44)Reason:system cannot find the file specifics. I get this when i try to ad/delete programs from my C drive. Any help would be appreciated.

Rich1, This very issue was discussed in a bellsouth newsgroup last December. The last posting in one of the threads on that newsgroup suggest that it might be a problem with norton antivirus scanning e-mail.
