If I am really mad, I am very polite the the customer service person. I let them know that I am really mad and that I want someone to yell at. And then I ask for them to get the manager. Managers are paid to deal with upset customers.

Ummmm......that has been a learned skill. I used to blow up and yeah you get what you want in many cases but you look like a dick. After watching a few people do that I decided I could get what I wanted it I killed them with kindness or humor. People just want to be treated decent and I hate the people who walk in and start screaming at 20 year old girls. In fact I'll generally stick my nose in and tell them to grow up and act like an adult instead of the fool they look like.
