i'll clarify a bit...i think they have taken advantage of loose accounting standards knowingly. while i doubt it is fraudulent, i do not think their current valuation will permit them to show any price appreciation here. the opening gap presented a major shorting opportunity, as it propelled the equity into major overhead resistance. this, of course, was the support that QCOM breached last week. very BIG support. this stock's multiple is way too high in a sector just beginning to enter a nuclear wasteland.
