go to start, find and type in run32dll.exe and see if it is there. do the same for rundll.exe. If those are found, then do the same for the adv zpock dll(checkname as I am not finding that dll). From a quick search it appears that frequently those files are missing and will need to be reloaded from your Win 98 cd which contains the cab files.

If so, you will need to extract the file. Here is a article on how to do that.
