Shack, agree. That would account for the complacency Vix as we see.

Think about it: whoever's still holding JDSU from way higher levels isn't going to care whether or not it's at $4 or $3, etc.

I mean, if your cost basis is, say $80, and you're willing to hold still, for whatever reason...then you're still gonna hold at these levels and lower. If you've lost $76/per share, what's another $4?

Hence the complacency.
