Isopatch,

Thanks once again for the heads up on SWC. I like what the chart is saying and added @ $15.89... oops, here comes a better bargain. <g>

Regards,

vt

I am from that area. They have some serious labor problems at the Nye mine. They closed down the mine above Big Timber.

They had, I believe 3 deaths at the Nye mine and I don't know if they have moved beyond those claims. By claims I mean Union problems. Their employees are largely bussed in from Billings, MT etc, as this is a remote and kind of a pristine location. I actually set foot on the grounds about 50 years ago when we referred to them as the Chrome mines.

This is probably one of the most beautiful places on earth. The mountains and the Stillwater River etc. make up a drainage that is second to none.

Do what you must do but be careful investing there right now. As you know, all the ore is hauled to Columbus on a narrow 2-lane road and the green folks don’t like it at all. But it is the grand daddy of all Montana mines and it has the most power.

Except for the Pit in Butte that Denny owns. Denny what are you going to do with all that water in that hole my boy?

Be careful Iso, that Bozeman bunch might grab that rug and send you realing.

Good day
