johm buffett is such a class act. he effectively apologized for under performing and irrational bubble in early 2000 when everyone was hopping on the bandwagon at naz 4k+. as you state, he stuck to his guns and has performed admirably.

buffett doesn't need a bubble to turn a buck. he doesn't need luck.

those folks who want to put him down merely bring shame upon themselves - like saying michael jordan can't play b-ball. absolutely absurd.

At the time he said he was sticking with his philosophy and that tech would come back to earth. We know the rest...

He also said in late 1999 that the next 17 years will be quite unlike the previous 17, and that by the time we get there (2016), investors will be far less enthusiastic about stocks. I would say that QSAND fans will be at the bottom of even that heap by then. Maybe even long before then.
