Ray,
I thought I had enough of your fuzzy thinking. However, if you examine your own words, they contain internal contradictions that prevent you from understanding processes. Example: "devious scammer."

Just like authors of history textbooks who consistently refer to land speculators in a pejorative manner, you have fallen into the same trap. Speculators CAN lose. There is risk. You read the WSJ; you know bankruptcies have risen.

How do speculators force some other party to buy? What EXACTLY do you mean that “speculator’s are gaming the system” --- to the average bloke, wall street, MNC’s, big business, etc., are all speculator’s who are gaming the system, yada, yada.

How are “scheme (’s)… fraudulently conceived”?

Left coaster’s constantly dribble on and on about the power of large corporations and how they are hurting the infamous little guy. What is power? Power to do what, under what conditions, to whom? If these Texas energy companies had sooooooo much power, why in world would they ever have allowed the price of NG in CA and across the nation drop from 10 to 2? In the 70’s, it was the POWER of ITT to run Chile. Is the all-powerful MULIT-national corporate monster OXY able to control Columbia? Sure would take bets that BoDirectors for CPN, ENE, HAL, KM, etc. all wished they had secret powers that they DO not, in fact, have.
