But the GAAP (pun intended) in IQ between Jacobs and his followers seems to be a bit too much.

And as a rule, "successful" charlatans and tricksters have generally very high IQs. They lead the sheep to believe that they can make the latter oodles of money, while in fact, it is they who are making off like bandits. In the end, the only thing the sheep get is... fleeced!
