The founding fathers, again showing the timelessness of their wisdom, did not permit an income tax. The Constitution had to be amended to permit it. Of course the dems tried to push it thru without amending the Constitution before they actually went the amendment route.

You mean Mr. Corzine had all his money in a 401K and still managed to take out $65 million for his campaign? I rather doubt that's what you mean, which means I doubt the premise of this article.

The proposed regulation only applies to retirement accounts. I'm not sure if the regulation is a good idea, but I am sure that your representation of the situation is not accurate.
