HP is shifting its focus to Itanium based servers. CPQ will nicely fit in the medium to lower end. There is a lot of synergy here. Nothing that can hurt Dell though.
I don't have much confidence with current HP management. Poor Walter, I wish him success. I don't think he can stop the merger.
