I no longer use "indicators" either. The more I learned about them and how they worked the more I realized they did not mean anything. They are just representation of price and for me it turned out better to just use the price.

I have written a few simple things that help me visualize the relationship between current price and past price but nothing complicated. For me the simpler the better.
