"Bross is not, or course, the only high placed executive at a service provider that is using his position to his own advantage – he just happens to have gotten caught. In the spirit of fair play, Light Reading will be publishing a report next month (September) that “outs” other repeat offenders."

It will be 'interesting' to see how this plays out -- so much hype, so little substance, so much greed with these fast-buck schemes.

HJ that kind of stuff definately ought to be illegal. It's clear to me that the SEC and the Commerce Dept are dozing at the switch, somewhat.

Same thing with PCLN -they were serving up warrants in their stock in reuturn for inventory from the airlines and hoteliers. It's dirty dealing.
