jon, i didn't say that. are you saying that mess in europe doesn't allow people to use cell hones there only qcom can change that? ;-) it is simple, there was so much sh*t flying to justify the $150-200 qcom stock price (did i hear billions of phones turning over? ;-) i had to wear a rubber suit for protection. i complained b/c the hype was unsustainable and i knew what went up on hype would come down. did engineer complain then? yet he complains now - and i even grant him that qcom may be under valued due to the negative hype. cogent arguments could be made otherwise. anyway, he isn't consistent. he doesn't mind rumor and innuendo. to say so is untruthful. he does mind losing money. money is the common denominator, not truth. which is fine, but let's be honest about it.
