No, I certainly don't believe they picked those countries out of a hat. My point was, Saudi Arabia was more involved in 911 than any of the "axis of evil" countries. The death and destruction wreaked on United States by Saudi interests doesn't compare to what North Korea or Iran have inflicted on American citizens, of late. And both countries seem to be moving toward more openess and tolerance, unlike Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
