What if another person's choice totally offends and repulses someone else's sense of right and wrong? Does society have a right or obligation to step in and declare what is appropriate?

Is it OK for restaurants to say "No shoes, no shirt, no service" or should they be told by the government to provide eating areas for slobs? Should women take their shirts off on hot summer days anywhere they wish like men do?

Who are you to say that minors shouldn't have the same clothing choice rights as adults?
