Ah, yes... the fool that I am... I was also a fool holding long from end of May 2001 thru October 3rd, 2001 and still managed a net gain of 12 - 13% for the year in rydex in all of 2001... The market was down what double digits in nasdaq and SPX and down single digits in Dow? Did much better in individual holdings. I am not a day trader but a position trader... I measure my performance for my own self on an annual basis against broad market returns. Of course, if I started up a paysite tomorrow that would have to immediately change to a daily weekly or monthly performance... to each his own... Best Regards, J.T.
