Here are 3 of my favorite conservative stocks and a little one for free. I am also including the Poormans rating (max rating of 12) with guidelines to buy 80% of stocks with rating of 6 or higher. You already have my DFXI (R=9)

Stocks P-rating cur pri PE 2002E 2003E
MTH 8 56.10 6.3 9.40 10.80
RMCI 8 25.45 19.50 1.72 1.94
TTIL 7 26.55 23.20 1.41 1.80

Safe and sane - MAXF, NFI, AHR. Last two are REITs with high dividends but decent capital gains growth the past 1-2 years also. If MAXF continues to execute it is one of the cheapest stocks around.
