Probably should ask that of Mark <What Have You Done For Me Lately> White Shoes Johnson?

A real market chimer....not timer.

m, this is one of those cases where the turnips do not have a strong opinion one way or another, the lows of last week were no typical good lows on which to build a rally, the 1695 area was at best a mild support, but no "anchor" for a rally. From time to time, the market simply is confusing to the turnips, this is one such time. If the rally continues, past the 1805 on a closing basis, the turnips will reluctantly turn neutral and reduce cash to the 30% or 40% area (from 60% right now), assuming that we have started the Spring rally they expected. Frankly, there is a pretty good chance that as I deploy, I'll get whipsawed, but a close above 1805 will force my hand.
