Context is everything. That is why Richard Pryor could use the "N" word in his stand- up act, and you cannot use it joshing around with a colleague. I suppose it could be my problem. It is very difficult for a Jew to find Holocaust imagery humorous, all the moreso if one's family origins were in one of the areas where they dug mass graves, shot people in the head, pitched them in the graves, poured in some lye, and topped it off with dirt. Of course, even then the SS was smart enough to collect valuables before execution, so modest, pious people were made to undress in public. With better planning, perhaps they would have figured out how to collect methane. Anyway, so sorry if I lose my sense of humor in this vicinity.....
