Even if it was announced that QCOM was awarded the contract, I would want to see the payments terms before I considered it to be positive news. Anybody who has done business in India knows that a "win" can actually be a "loss" and payment terms of 9-12 months are a risky thing as well.

I think you misunderstood my post...I am not depending on them for growth during this or next quarter. I think we will see a small impact during the second half with a potential for real success during '03.

Once Reliance awards/builds the network, some level of growth is nearly guaranteed. The rate per minute that WLL is going to charge in India is incredibly low.
