In set one she likes first the number that is one higher and then the number that is 100 higher.

In the next set she likes first the number that is one lower so if Sally is consistent she will then like the number that is 100 lower.

So she likes 1600.

Makes sense to Sally and I. Who cares what Mensa thinks.
