AMN looks like an interesting pick, but the first thing that came to mind was asbestos liability.
Do you have any idea about exposure?

Regarding: " I haven't been finding too many great deals lately". Surprising and sort of amazing to me to read in today's NYSE new highs list so many - MANY - stocks previously mentioned here as value plays at lower prices. (Plus a least a couple that were Buffettology suggestions.) If the people who mentioned these stocks have held on, they are garnering good profits and reaping rewards for their selections and patience.

As Paul alluded, low and mid-cap value stocks that have been the feedstock of this thread have had some pretty good runs. IOW, our picks are poor cause the pickens are poor.
