I think the first voice capacity increase will enable companies to lift the shell game between peak and off peak minutes once and for all. Ironic that VoiceStream is pushing the envelop right now.

I think the second capacity increase for Rev A will enable companies to price data at $1/MB. Maybe they will wait for 1xEV DO like the Koreans. It sucks that the US is the last coutry in the CDMA1X line-up.

First things first, I need a BREW phone from VZ so I can terminate my Sprint PCS plan. I have no intention of following their pathway to enahnced data services - whatever they might be (J2ME - gimme a break).

Is PCS going to lose a lot of loyalty if they don't come out with a BREW platform? Let's see, you can stay with the or churn over to VZ and get a new 3G BREW phone. BYE! BYE!

I will wait for PCS to announce their 3G platform. NO BREW, NO DICE!!
