John, Today we are at the mercy of so many things that seem detached from these fundamentals. I am referring to the domino-effect of overbuilding, bankruptcies, last-mile monopolies, a recession, fears of copyright violation (on the part of the "content" providers), crowd behavior, and pessimism. I am looking at it as what-else-can-go-wrong, but then I did that in 2001 and was disappointedly surprised. One of these days the pendulum must start swinging the other way. Brian
