1. Because its a cult stock.
2. Because last quarter was particularly lousy.
3. Because the 10-Q provides some hints that the debtor may be looking to force bankruptcy (and the stock has been quite weak since the 10-Q came out).
4. Because an institutional investor finally gave up.
5. The stock was already down 90% from its bubble peak BEFORE the latest weakness.
