The Office of Strategic Influence would be perfect for the job. I know they say they're not going to have one now, but that's just what they want you to think. Only an idiot would announce having that kind of office of propaganda & disinformation, because whenever they said something the cynical reporters would say: "We don't believe you, you're supposed to tell lies, that's your job."
