Does anyone understand this?

finance.yahoo.com

7:22AM Sprint PCS spot secondary of 13 mln shares prices at $9 (PCS) 9.42:

Would this just be a trial balloon for a larger offering? PCS was supposed to use the debt markets this year....$100 million isnt going to solve anything.

Cramer, like many supersalesmen types, is prone to exaggeration and to making as many predictions as possible in the hope that one or two are correct. Then, as do others who engage in this kind of hype, he likes to remind people of how right he was in those one or two cases.

If someone had a lot of time to kill, I'm willing to bet that ON AVERAGE he or she would find that Mr. Cramer is wrong at least 50 percent of the time. Which is another way of saying that anyone could do as well by making decisions at random.

The problem is that many predictions have a way of becoming self fulfilling prophecies, particularly when so many people are willing to follow the advice of so few.
