Hi REH -- if they achieved revenues of $11M last quarter, then they probably will be profitable.

Its the next 2 quarters that they will probably take in only $9M - $10M. And they also have to start making payments on that $8M they owe. That'll probably take $200K per quarter from the bottom line too.
