Nigel, I have read the full release and even the follow up release several times. The follow up release was posted here and mentioned that the money flow was mostly to Xoma. Am not at all sure what you mean by, "I don't think Morphosys would have been their first choice for free access." Nothing implies free access. Very doubtful that any 'needle" intended for CAT. This is rather a broad message to all those negotiating with Xoma as well as those who determined not to negotiate.
