well, if i were to guess on that 'epicenter', i would say that he's counting on the initial bounce off the Sept low as primary 1..the pullback as primary 2 ....and the rise of the last few days as 1 of primary 3....with the epicenter being as you stated.....3 of 3. and his moonshot would predicate primary 3 as something like a 1.618 of the alleged primary 1, 700 point move off the Sept low, so a 1000 point primary 3 leading to 2800-3000 level
