No, I don't work with a lot of buyers at all, anymore, but plenty of people I know do. They all say inventory is still very low. They also report buyers being very frustrated at not being able to find what they want.

Meanwhile, a home just got listed in my neighborhood with the following features and price tag: three bedrooms, three baths, postage-stamp size rooms, no garage, half-acre lot. Price $749K. That's basically what the lot is worth, and at least half the people who look at the house will entertain the idea of tearing it down and building new.
