One thing that strikes me, whether or not Skilling did something wrong, he is much smarter than the people in that room who are questioning him.

In according to published reports, Congressional investigators have uncovered a videotape of an October 2000 employee meeting in which former Enron Corp. President Jeffrey Skilling defends the company's accounting
methods and embraces partnership deals now linked to the energy giants collapse, a transcript released on Monday shows. Rep. Henry Waxman wrote a letter to Skilling regarding the tape referencing the executives recent
now-questionable testimony to lawmakers in which he said he knew of nothing wrong with Enron's finances when he resigned Aug. 14, citing personal reasons.
