SOL legal problems may well be bottomless.From what i saw this company,having lost their case in Alabama will now be subject to massive claims.And from what i saw i could give a damn it they go out business.
Also,if they can't pay,the action will pour unto Monsanto,as Solutia is just a spin-off of Monsanto.

Yes, it might, I am still waiting for a clearer indication of the general market's direction before making a commitment, however.
