Rob, I understand Hammer took a real hit when he had to sell. First, there aren't that many people who could afford the place and, second, most of them had greatly different taste than Hammer.

I always thought Mission San Jose was the prettiest part of Fremont, though we always lived in either Centerville or Newark (not a part of Fremont but completely surrounded by it.)
