funny how the guys always are buying the high priced property and the girls always end up w/ the assets?...hmmmmm it's always those same 6 girls from high school?<g> For men, its all about access to fertile females. The pursuit of wealth, the cars, the big houses, etc. Its all about spreading that seed. As for the gals, it's all about procreation, getting the best possible genetic material, getting the best provider and protector, the best nesting area possible to raise offspring, etc. Pretty much all this BS comes down to propagation of the species.
