Anything sanctionable? Not my area of expertise, but an interesting nuts and bolts look at how money buys influence....and the extent to which Enron's fervent campaign against any sort of regulation at all was carried out. That, and the exemptions it received from the SEC are ultimately what permitted the company to commit the acts for which it is now having to answer. Circumstances have backfired so enmormously for Enron that the idea of deregulation is now effectively dead dead dead.

Also, conflict of interest seems to be receiving radically diminishing regard in politics, as in business--as if it really doesn't matter any more.
