The thing to remember.. Is that the Data Product is a "different division" from Cricket! Called "BullFrog" or something like this! By sharing the infrastructure and Backhaul expenses with Cricket, Cost of Service Expenses can be shared between the two companies! In addition, Gen/Admin expenses are now divided across two divisions! The Cricket division becomes more profitable becuase OpEx expenses are shared across the two divisions! PCSTEL
