no, but the supposedly execs cashed out about a BILLION before the walls came down. and according to an article Tim just posted here, Lay allegedly put 4MILLION in a lawsuit-resistant variable annuity that will start paying him 900K a year in 2007. of course, i don't see how the heck a variable annuity can have a guaranteed payout in perpetuity of almost 25% per year, but then again i was never CEO of Enron.
