dot com sector faked out. telecom sector is collapsing. software is correcting (wave 'c'? -g-). pc's have become consumer electronics. strong clown buck is killing the manufacturing sector. autos zero financed out for a year or two.

the structural adjustment processes have not played out. the impact of the bubble have not been adjusted out of the balance sheets of american homes.

how could the recession be over?

at best, the fed could only stage an intermission...
