In this case, it's not as hard as that. The land is in Texas....and as I understand it, all I have to do is get the sheriff to evict the dirtbags, because they will at that point be trespassers. This *Texas Justice* has its good points, I suppose.<<gg>> Nothing is recorded in the public records about that sale, either, until the contract is paid up.
