University dorm housing is pretty limited in some places----and even the frat house my older son lived in was too small for all the older members, not to mention the fact it got shut down for good after the death of one of its members. (Don't ask---son had nothing to do with it.)

Finding a house or apartment to rent is a big struggle for many of the students. Town population is 60,000---30,000 of which are University students.
